Role Overview

As a React Tech Lead, you will be driving front-end development initiatives in a high-pressure environment. Your primary responsibilities will be around leading and mentoring a team of developers while ensuring the successful delivery of front-end solutions aligns with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and efficient frontend solutions using React.js
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in React.js development best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, advocating for the adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a React developer with leadership responsibilities
• Experience in architecting and building scalable frontend solutions for SaaS platforms
• Proficiency in utilizing version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab
