System Engineer For Product Design – The Netherlands - 6 Months

My client is looking for a System Engineer with a background in Electronics who will be responsible for concept design, creation of requirements and verifying systems for product design.

The customer is looking to start a new project team for this and a System Engineer is first on the list to get the project started.

Tech Stack:
• Experience/exposure to System Engineering for product development.
• Background in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge in Mechanical & Software topics in order to have a ‘higher’ level view of the complete system.
• Knowledge in legal regulations for global industries and ability to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities:
• Analyse the customer requirements and create concepts for the product design whilst considering the Electrical component.
• Translate and collaborate with members from the Mechanical and Software teams.
• Make evaluations, with the project lead, the extent of development tasks and technical risks.
• Interface with customers on technical matters and progress within the project.
• During the later phases, you will focus on creating detailed specifications for subsystems, defining architecture and develop verification plans.
