In need of a Service Now Solution Consultant.Start: beginning May
Duration: 1 year
Location: remote
Language: German and English
Utilisation: Full time
Rate: Remote rate
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years working in IT consulting or Customer support organizations.
- 3+ years experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery or implementation of ServiceNow;
- 3+ years experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices;
- ServiceNow CSA certification plus at least two further ServiceNow mainline certifications (like any CIS, CAD, CAS)
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in agile software development
- Ability to drive the requirements gathering process with both technical and business partners
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with designing ServiceNow Workflows (in areas like IT, Employee,
Customer, Create/former App Engine)
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow integrations
- Basic understanding of SQL, JavaScript, XML and web based technologies
- UX/UI experience – user interface technology, design
