SAP Logistics AnalystStart Date: Flexible - We can accommodate a reasonable notice period
Contract Length: 12 Months + Extension
Location: Visp, Switzerland
Hybrid: 3 days in the office in Visp + 2 days remote
Hours: 41H per week
Rate: CHF 80 - CHF 100 per hour - Flexible / Negotiable
Languages: German + English
I am currently collaborating with a prominent pharmaceutical company that is actively seeking a specialist in Logistics Project Support to join their team on a hybrid basis in Visp, Switzerland.
Ideally, we are looking for an individual who can initiate this project as soon as possible, although we can certainly accommodate a reasonable notice period.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and monitoring of iDoc interfaces. Resolving faulty iDocs together with IT and Business
- Development, design, and implementation of Power BI reports with SAP connection
- Creation of monitoring processes during the rollout from SAP WM to EWM
- Administrative tasks in the area of iDoc and application management
- Development and creation of data analyses and reports in SAP ERP and EWM
- Participation and support in logistics projects in the area of SAP WM/EWM/IM/SD and software integrations
- Coordination and execution of validation activities in the project as well as training of key users and users
- Integration of process changes and optimizations into SAP overall logistics processes
- On-hand system support for the logistics teams
Requirements
- Knowledge of creating Power BI dashboards and their integration with SAP
- Material management knowledge and experience in the logistics sector
- Know-how in the SAP modules MM, WM, SD, EWM
- Understanding of the associated master data and processes
- Basic knowledge of SAP logistics processes with a focus on goods receipt, storage, and dispatch
- Fluent in German and English
- Team player with proactive topic development
- Personal commitment to high-quality results
