Technical Skills
Minimum three end-to-end implementation experience along with 15 or more years of development and rollout experience.
Ability to design, provide solution with different options.
At least one End to end Implementation experience of Customer Services is preferable.
Key is to have worked on Development projects (Minimum three projects). Candidate who have not worked on development projects need not apply.
10 years+ experience with SAP Plant Maintenance /Customer Services modules.
Exposure in understanding and gathering Business rules, Business requirements from end users.

1 Customer Services & Plant Maintenance –
? Equipment
?s-SFDC, Warranty process, SFDC Service Engineer Consignment Inventory Movement Interface
? CLONE - SFDC Service | SAP Sales Order and Sales Order Line Item to Service Contract & Service Contract Line-Item Interfaces, Consignment spare parts-SFDC, Service contracts-SFDC , Regional Repair center process
? Services -Automatic creation of debit memo requests
? SFDC Service, Engineer Spare Part Ordering and Consignment Booking Interface & Automation
? Service order settlement , Service orders creation , SFDC Service -Creation of engineers location account in Salesforce following the creation of the engineers consignment number in SAP.A.
2 Plant Maintenance –
? Provide expertise in the SAP Plant Maintenance module, the integration with other modules and the connected portfolios in it
.? Drives implementation and provides technical and business leadership where/when needed to achieve the vision and results of the roadmap.
? Define, design, build and oversee the implementation and rollout of ERP functional solutions based on SAP S/4 HANA for Plant Maintenance (PM)
? Develop new features as per business requirements and create documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, support test planning and execution.
? Define and contribute to the development of interfaces between SAP and other systems.
? Ensure the solution fits to the business requirements and the end-to-end technical operations processes including systems, interfaces and platforms
? Acts as deployment focal point for assigned data objects in scope for migration
? Interacts with local Business Data Owners (BDOs), deployment Functional Process Experts, ETL Team, Legacy teams, etc.)
? Analyze defects, issues from readiness reports and manages data deviations working with relevant stakeholders until resolution.
? Collaborate with the program and business teams to ensure continuous business and IT alignment
.? Closely collaborate with other functional and IT teams.
? Lead complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions ensuring that any exceptions from SAP standard functionality have sufficient justification
