we are seeking a workstream lead to support our team in implementing a new RIM (Regulatory Information Management) system, including a complex data migration.The current system is well established, and the change to the new system is quite significant.
The project is fully in progress, and we require a workstream lead to manage the communication and organizational change management aspects of the project.
Requirements:
Experience in leading workstreams for large-scale system implementations, preferably in the Regular Affairs /RIMS domain
Strong communication and organizational change management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Availability to work on-site as needed.
The workstream lead will be responsible for managing the communication and organizational change management aspects of the project, including developing and executing a communication plan, identifying and addressing stakeholder concerns, and ensuring that the project is aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
The workstream lead will work closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
