For our client we are looking for an SAP PM technical supporter (m/f/d)Start: März/April 2024
Duration: 6 months +
Working location: Remote
Tasks:
• Provide second level support for a bespoke SAP implementation, mainly focused on PM, addressing incidents and problems.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex issues, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions or workarounds.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure effective incident resolution.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and documentation to facilitate self-service support and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance system stability and efficiency.
• Execute Service requests from business users in accordance with SLAs.
• Experience in SAP second level support, with a focus on the PM module.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM module functionality, configuration, and integration with other modules.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
