Job Description:
The Security Engineer is responsible to identify solutions which reduces network security risks identified by the Chief Information Security Office, Internal Audit or Regulators. He or she works together with the Network Deployment and Operations teams to engineer enterprise solutions which can be easily deployed and operated with automation as a priority. The Lead Engineer is responsible to test and document the network security solutions before handing them over for Implementation. He is responsible for
• Architecture, Design, Governance and continues Updates of external connectivity models, e.g. Ecommerce, Extranet,
Exchange Connectivity, Cloud Connectivity
• Responsible for the proxy infrastructure including life cycle management.
• Analysis and benchmarking of Network Security products. firewalls and proxy systems, etc.
• Actively supports the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance
culture.
• Takes ownership for projects and leads.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Firewall Engineering based on Fortinet
• Proxy Engineering based on McAfee
• Router/Switch Platform Engineering for Network Devices (Extreme/Cisco/Arista)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) accreditation desirable
