German Good to Have



5 year German or EU stay is mandatory for Security clearance.



Security clearance is required for the role to access the applications.

Area of the CMDB application, Support executive is required for support on CMDB application with the various management interfaces (CMDB-Gui, NIQ-Browser, CMDB-Filtering-GUI) and many application interfaces.

Ticket system TTWOS (variant of a Remedy ticket system), Monitoring System (BigBrother, CheckMK, OSS-Radar).



1. Oracle Management (11g/19c)

2. Advance Oracle with Admin skills and good Unix knowledge.

3. Good knowledge of standard network/IT technologies, network protocols

4. Independent and responsible implementation of 2nd & 3rd level support for applications, services and infrastructure
