As an IT Engineer specializing in storage solutions, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing storage solutions for our clients. Working closely with clients, you'll tailor solutions to optimize their IT infrastructure.Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy hybrid storage solutions based on client requirements.
- Configure and maintain storage systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate storage solutions into broader IT environments.
- Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve storage issues.
- Provide technical expertise and support for storage solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in storage technology.
Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual with:
- In-depth experience in IT Infrastructure projects.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, drive, and energy contributing to project success.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain composure in stressful situations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with storage solutions, particularly NetApp.
- NetApp certification(s) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SAN and NAS technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
