Logistics SpecialistLocation: Valais, Switzerland
Duration: 1 year
Responsibilities:
* In cooperation with the Process Engineer, lead all activities in the area of technical changes, risk analyses and risk assessments and is the first point of contact for safety issues.
* Know-how within SAP, DMS & Track Wise systems
* Initiate and support for technical changes (TCR)
* Lead, conduct and monitor risk analyses & HAZOP
* Recognize, resolve and interpret deviations
* Participate in safety rounds and audits (EHS)
* Ensure safety, GMP compliance of all team members and conduct trainings
* Present and whenever possible enforcing the standard procedures at kickoff meetings with customers and PMs
* Correctly archive all relevant paperwork and data to ensure full traceability
* Compliance with legal requirements (EHS, xGMP, GDP, ISO 9001).
* Create and timely implementation of training plans & trainings
* Coordinate of maintenance of equipment, maintenance, interface engineering, hygiene, EHS, SGIE
* Create of incident reports & participation in their clarification
* Coordinate and preparation of work permits
* Support with all logistics activities
Requirements:
* Completed commercial, logistics or CPT apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence
* Professional experience in a chemical and pharmaceutical company preferred
* Practical experience with SAP WM/MM
* Willingness for a flexible working time model
* Fluently in German and English
