Alegrion, a disruptive startup in the preventive health tech and sports tech industry, is searching for a Lead UI/Visual Designer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for mobile app design.This role is not a conventional job; it's a chance to be at the forefront of designing digital products that aim to revolutionise our sector. Role Essentials
UI and visual Design: You'll design intuitive and engaging user interfaces, focusing on mobile apps for both Android and iOS platforms. Your role will cover everything from concept to final implementation. We are seeking designers with a strong graphical/visual background.
Design mentor: We need someone who can guide and help designers with less experience and step up as a mentor for them.
Lifestyle brand experience: If you have any experience with designing lifestyle brands, we would love to talk!
Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with our founders to turn our vision into reality, ensuring our digital products exceed user expectations.
User-Centric Approach: Engage in user research and testing to refine designs, advocating for the best design practices.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven UI Design Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI and visual design skills, particularly in mobile app design (Android and iOS).
Expertise in Design Tools: Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
Understanding of User-Centered Design: A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.
Mobile Design References: Applicants must have strong references in mobile app design to be considered.
