For our client, a company from the automotive industry, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support the project.
Aufgaben- Ticket Management:
- Utilize Jira and ServiceNow to efficiently manage incoming support requests.
- Create, prioritize, assign, and monitor tickets for timely resolution and exceptional customer service delivery.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance procedures to uphold deliverables adherence to specifications.
- Business Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate across teams to develop and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements for system enhancements, process improvements, and new features, presenting findings effectively.
- Create detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Solution Design:
- Work closely with external partners to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Engage in solution design sessions, ensuring considerations for scalability, usability, and integration.
- In-depth knowledge of working with Jira and ServiceNow
- Knowledge of creating, prioritizing, assigning and monitoring tickets for timely resolution
- Experience in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements for system enhancements, process improvements and new features
- Experience in creating detailed reports, presentations and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations
