Projektbeschreibung:
Das vorhandene Workflow System soll für den Bereich IT Landscape Insights durch eine Automatisierung auf der Basis von Power Automate abgelöst werden.
Das Projekt soll den heutigen Workflow auf der Basis einer vorhandenen Lösung ablösen. Das Konzept liegt vor, die Finanzierung ist gesichert und es gibt für den Automatisierungsteil einen ersten Prototypen für einen spezifischen Anwendungsfall, allerdings nur für den Bereich der Automatisierung.
Daraus ist eine generische „Data2Action Engine“ zu entwickeln. Die Lösung soll über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle (z.B. per Mail oder per API über ServiceNow bzw. Jira) an Anwendungsverantwortliche kommunizieren und eine Backlog-Verwaltung beinhalten. Es ist eine User-Schnittstelle auf der Basis von Power Apps / Canvas sowie ein Reporting auf der Basis von PowerBI zu realisieren.
Leistungsbeschreibung:
Implement the data2action engine, which is able to run automations on the basis of big data sets. Specifically, we need to implement:
Workflow Process Structure:
1. Get Data (collect use-cases from various Sources)
2. Display Data (show most relevant information describing the action that needs to be taken)
3. Trigger Action (assign an action to the accountable person)
4. Show Status (show results/progress, and trigger escalations)
1. Get Data (input can come from various sources, vulnerabilities, Lifecycle data, Issues, etc)
- Data can be collected from a manual upload or through an API.
- Must fit to Data Model agreement. (What is the information’s required)
- Policy & requirements must be in place and known by the recipients.
2. Display Data:
- Show a minimum set of attributes required by the recipient to know what the use case is about, and what needs to be done.
- Information to be display in a graphic interface.
- Dashboard/interface can be self-managed, to see statistics, area, groups, etc
3. Trigger Action:
- What is the call to action, what needs to be done. (send email to inform, create a case in a various tool, etc)
- Interface to other tools can be created.
4. Show status:
- Monitor progress though PBI.
- Based on the defined thresholds, escalation can be triggered.
Pre-requisites:
- Data to be refreshed on regular basis, frequency to be established, can be daily/weekly/monthly.
- Status detection should be included in the input file.
- Action will close only in an automatically manner, based on the completion of the required action. (specific actions can be defined to trigger a closure)
- Exception from the process must be documented through an approved risk assessment.
- Communication must be done on regular basis (and started before initiating the use case)
- Documentation with F.A.Q must be available.
- RACI for each Case should be defined.
- Escalation Matrix & tresholds for escalations to be reviewed for each usecase.

- PowerApps visual Interface
3. Trigger Action:
- Power automate task.
4. Show Status:
- PowerBI Reporting (through API from Power Apps)
