Contract Type: Contract
Duration if Contract: 12 Months (extendable)
Is it Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid (1 – 2 days of office visit)
Job Description:
• Proficiency in German Language
• Should be willing to work on a hybrid model and work from client location at Leipzig
• Understanding the overall Business Strategies, vision, plans and specific requirement to align with the business needs
• Managing budgeting, planning, project management, people management duties
• Experience in handling large IT/technology programs and teams; experience in managing OCR technologies and Automation programs will be appreciated
• Machine learning & OCR: Managerial experience
• Managerial experience with SQL
• Provide expert advice on identifying patterns in data. This includes having a keen sense of pattern detection and anomaly detection.
• Data storytelling: Communicate actionable insights using data, often for a non-technical audience.
• Business intuition: Connect with stakeholders to gain a full understanding of the problem at hand
• Interpersonal skills: Communicate across a diverse audience across all levels of an organization.
