green and reliable energy infrastructure. The company is seeking freelancers to work remotely and
locally on various national and international projects. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge
of French or Dutch is an advantage.
Main tasks:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced system engineer service with a deep
expertise in MS Intune, the Microsoft’s unified endpoint management (UEM) solution. The
candidate will join our product line Digital Enhancement, composed of the 5 following
products: Collaboration, Information Knowledge, Communications, Service Operations and Citizen
Development. This product line aims at supporting the company staff with their daily digital tools.
In this role, you will be responsible for the introduction of Microsoft Intune within our organization
as well as its management on day-to-day basis, ensuring high levels of availability and security of
service.
The candidate will work closely with product owners and respective product team members of
the Digital Enhancement product line who are building governing and supporting group wide
solutions.
Responsibilities
• Propose, demonstrate, and implement solutions to enable access to M365 applications while
securing endpoints (mobile phones, tablet, or BYOD) in collaboration with the Microsoft
Exchange specialist and colleagues from End-User Devices service.
• Manage and monitor on day-to-day basis the endpoint, conditional access, etc.
• Support the rest of the product teams in their daily tasks.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain the cloud environments, application software, and
system management tools.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible
solutions, and work with the product teams to implement them.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies (where needed).
• Provide 2
nd and 3rd level support.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for
system administration and appropriate use.
• Train the rest of the product team to support the solution.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
Requirements:
• Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft
Intune.
• Experience with endpoint management, policy configuration and deployment, certificate
integration and integration with SCCM (hybrid configuration / co-management).
• Solid experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 solutions, with a particular
attention to Azure AD, Intune and/or Exchange online.
• Solid experience with conditional access management and app protection
• Solid experience with MTR management from Intune, BYOD management and integration of
Windows, Apple and Android systems into Intune.
• Experience with monitoring and deployment systems.
• Solid scripting and PowerShell skills .
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is considered
an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or
equivalent work experience.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications would be advantageous.
