Our client plays a major role in the Belgian and European energy landscape, building sustainable,
green and reliable energy infrastructure. The company is seeking freelancers to work remotely and
locally on various national and international projects. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge
of French or Dutch is an advantage.
Main tasks:
• Co-developing an innovative cross-border prosumer roaming charging solution
• Knowledge gathering on new solutions such as vehicle to grid, smart charging
• Project management of vehicle to grid project
• Collaboration with start-ups in the field
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience managing projects, of which at least one year in the field of emobility
• Knowledge of e-mobility landscape. Familiar with the roles and responsibilities of CPO, eMSP,
roaming providers, energy suppliers, TSO´s and DSOs
• Deep knowledge about the communication processes and data requirements for EV charging
especially at the interface to the electricity grid
• Knowledge of different data protocols such as OCPP, OCPI, OCN, ISO15118, etc. Or the
willingness to explore them to develop a deep understanding.
• Experience or a solid understanding of Smart charging and vehicle to grid solutions.
• Basic working knowledge of electricity landscape and electricity markets
• Experience in the interface between mobility and electricity grid is a plus
• Project management experience (has led projects by him/herself to completion)
• Willingness to work in an ambiguous environment. We seek individuals with a strong willingness
to explore. Working autonomously is a must.
• University degree in economics, engineering, mathematics, IT, data analysis or similar through
experience.
• Very good English knowledge.
- Start and Duration: ASAP – 9 Months + extension possible
- Volume: Approx. 100% (5 days/w)
