Our client plays a major role in the Belgian and European energy landscape, building sustainable,
green and reliable energy infrastructure. The company is seeking freelancers to work remotely and
locally on various national and international projects. Fluency in French or Dutch is required.

Main tasks:
The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible/managing the following service expectations:
• Administrative service within the purchasing department.
• Strict follow-up of the purchasing process and the creation of purchase orders within the deadline
• Follow-up towards the internal customer & suppliers regarding the purchase orders and support
them with the correct info.
• Delivery of input when there is need for optimization of the process of the follow-up.
Managing external Contractors and giving support:
• Maintaining SAP HR master data for the external population at Elia:
- Organizational Structure in Personnel Administration:
Enterprise Structure / Personnel Structure
- Infotypes of Personnel Administration and International Payroll:
Personal Date / Personal Actions / Organizational Data / Payroll Data /
Communication / …
- Processing Human Resource Data:
Personnel Action
Extension of external employees
Hiring and leaving employees via CheckIn – CheckOut (Fiori tool)
- Organizational Reassignment:
Performing the Organizational Reassignment Personnel Action Type
- Process Infotype Records
- Discrepancies - Compare person status with access status of externals

Requirements:
• Medior experience or Interest in logistic processes
• Good practice of SAP MM and Microsoft applications
• Good knowledge of SAP HR
• Good analytic, organizational and accurate competences

Additional requirements:
Very good knowledge of Dutch and French
- Start and Duration: ASAP – Months
- Volume: Approx. 100% (5 days/w)
- Work Location: Brussels, onsite
