1 Service description
As a Learning & Development Designer, you will be closely working together with the business for the design and creation of engaging and impactful learning activities based on the identified skill gaps. You will help our employees advance in their skills and knowledge and help the company suc-ceed by training and developing its people.
Your responsibilities will include:
Learning & Development Designer for the Group, who takes up the role in developing learning journeys (blended learning approach) in support of the organizations’ transformation by working closely with the business in the domains of e.g. DEI, Offshore and Digital.
Supporting in communication & change management of the learning journeys within the organiza-tion.
Sourcing and curating content to feed into guided learning journeys and programs.
Liaising with all stakeholders (business, L&D teams, participants, ...) to pilot the designed learning experiences.
Focus on impact maximization for our employees for business strategy realization.

2 Requirements
• .You have more than 5 years of experience in designing effective learning journeys, using a blended approach (classroom learning, digital learning, microlearning, mobile learning, etc.) ideally for both data and soft skills.
• You have experience in using an LMS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) as an administrator in order to understand its possibilities and the logic behind it.
• Experience with designing and creating e-learnings working as an Instructional Designer with one or more authoring tools is an asset.
• You juggle the concepts, tools and techniques of not only effective learning and develop-ment methods, but also project management, communication and change management.
• You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German is beneficial.
• You are a passionate educator; the satisfaction of your internal customers is essential for you.
• You like to work in a team, with businesses or external partners and can easily build relation-ships of trust with them.
• You dare to challenge business requirements with the goal of creating impact.
• You are organized and manage your priorities effectively

3 Additional information
- Start and duration ASAP till 31.12.2024, extension possible
- Volume min 80%
- Work Location Brussels
Information Possess a work permit allowing the individu-al to work in Belgium.
Hold a valid residence permit confirming the right of residence in Belgium.
