Project Scope: Lead EC Global Template rollout to Czech Republic (max. 1000 employees)
Job description:
• Lead EC Global Template rollout to Czech Republic (max. 1000 employees)
• +4 years experience of SF HXM Employee Central implementation full end-to-end cycle
• Optional: ability to execute full migration (csv imports) or have profound understanding of migration needs
• Hypercare 2 weeks minimum, preferably longer
Task:
The external contractor takes on the following tasks within the project, which are carried out independently:
• Prepare and conduct Kick-off Workshop
• Participate in internal handover by SAP regarding the details on Global Template
• Present the current Global Template to the client.
• Conduct the local deviation requirements sessions with CZ client team.
• Present change requests to global project management to decide on implementation.
• Configure EC local deviations.
• Conduct iteration testing and UAT, i.e. defect resolution.
• Consult S4 integration team with EC inputs, when and where needed.
• Conduct admin training and handover to client.
