Job Description:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field
• Certification in MS Dynamics or any other CRM tool
• 4+ years of experience as a MS Dynamics Administrator or similar tools.
• 3+ years of customization experience with Dataverse and Model-driven Power Apps (OData, Plugins, Workflows, Cloud Flows, API integration using SDK)
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, C#, .NET, Power Automate (power platform)

Good to have:
• Data transformation skills using Azure, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
• B1/B2 German knowledge preferred.
• 2+ years of experience building complex work and data flows.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the technical analysis & design, enhancement, and development of solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Review and assess business requirements relating to enhancement requests and provide best practice recommendations of Dynamics 365 functionality to suit user needs
• Provide Dynamics 365 configuration, development, maintenance and support services to stakeholders and user groups across multiple regions throughout the solution development lifecycle.
• Coordinate, prioritize and execute development and testing activities, ensuring versioning control and environments are supported and maintained.
• Work with users during user acceptance testing to prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues.
• Provide input in the creation of training materials and support the delivery of end user training.
• Connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
• Coordinate and execute release management to ensure smooth transition of system changes to production environment.
• Partner with application support providers for larger projects.
• Should have knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, Power BI etc.
• Integration experience with third party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)/Dataflows/SSIS)
• Azure services integration with Dynamics 365
