Azure DevOps Engineer vacancy requiring profound YAML, PowerShell, GitHub and Automation knowledge for our Basel based client in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Maintaining and enhancing existing YAML pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Developing new automation pipelines to meet evolving needs
- Converting existing classic pipelines into YAML
- Preparing for and implementing migration to GitHub
- Gathering automation requirements from the Trading Applications team
- Collaborating with IT groups for seamless systems integration and change management
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of industry experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub and PowerShell scripting
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Expertise with modern CI/CD pipelines and Git
- Knowledge of Windows Server administration
- University degree in information management, computer science or related field or similar qualification or certificate
- Experience with Maven and .NET build processes would be a big advantage
