Project activities Role: Senior Consultant Manufacturing Public Cloud
- Identification of required manufactoring processes for new manufactoring site
- Process Design and documentation of new manufactoring processes
- Mapping of all processes in this area
- Translation of process design into SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementation scope
- Preparation and execution of F2S Workshops and other workshops
- Realization of customer specific requirements using customizing, extensions and developments
- Conception of extensions, developments and interfaces based on business requirements and handover to development team
- Test and documentation of solution including customizing and all enhancments
- Preparation and execution of customer trainings
- Support for customer testing & data migration
- Conduction of Go-Live and hypercare activities
- Ensure project quality
Role: Subproject Manager Manufactoring & QM Public Cloud
- Creation and updating of schedules, task, capacity and budget plans
- Definiton, distribution and tracking of workpackages/tasks
- Coordination and control of the subproject, management of stakeholders
- Regular reports to the project management
- Responsible for the achievment of the planned status
- Daily decision making and early escalation to the project management
- Identification of change requests
- Gap descirption and alignment process
- alignment and planning of user trainings
