Beacon Hill Technologies has a client currently looking for a Sr. Network Engineer for a 1 year contract.
The ideal person would have 5-8 years of experience or a CCNA/CCNP certification. The candidate will be working with network connectivity, data circuits, Routers, Cisco access points. The must haves include Cisco Hardware and software experience. Data network familiarity, Cisco Routers, Switches, access points, data circuits, troubleshooting. Dealing with larger data networking vendors such as Verizon and ATT.
A very nice to have is experience in Packet Analysis - wire shark is a common type but they are looking for someone who can capture and filter the data as well as diagnosis and analyze.
