Looking for talented WordPress Dev from INDIA!

I am looking for a talented WordPress developer to handle the customisation/plugin development projects that I get. I have clients who supply me with work, but due to busy schedule has to turn them down, so I am thinking of hiring a developer who can handle them. You will be paid a monthly salary and this job is a part-time, if I am impressed by the work this will turn to a full time job. Please note that I am looking for a freelancer, so agencies/companies/firms please do not apply. Also this position is only for those who live in India.

Other important qualities required:

awesome WordPress skills ( plugins/theme/hooks/filters)

html5/CSS/js master

can convert PSD to HTML/WordPress

familiar with bootstrap 3 and responsive coding

can handle js conflicts by writing custom is scripts

can code plugin from scratch
