Description:
A globally leading company in industry and healthcare gases is running a global SAP
template program (ERP, CRM, BI) to create and rollout to all countries and regions a
single template.
Responsibilities:
Leading the further development of the new SAP template (Release 2) and preparation
for SAP template rollout to Central Europe and North America
• Fully responsible for the budgeting & estimation process (~40 M€)
• Risk management
• Supervision and leading of 4 sub project managers
• Stakeholder management
• Direct project reporting to the Group CIO
• Member of the SAP Template Program Management Team

Manager of SAP Template Project Team
Description:
A globally leading company in industry and healthcare gases is running a global SAP
template program (ERP, CRM, BI) to create and rollout to all countries and regions a
single template. First deployment wave: Australia, New Zealand & Brazil
Responsibilities:
Leading the functional SAP team to build the new global single SAP Template of the
company (8 internal & approx. 80 external employees)
• Responsible for a successful outsourcing of the SAP configuration activities
• Responsible for the project reporting and controlling (~ 40 M€)
• Project reporting to the group head quarter
• Member of the SAP Template Program Management Team


Project Manager for 10 SAP BI Template Roll Outs within 4 years
Description:
Rollout of the existing SAP template (SAP R/3 & SAP BW) of a globally leading company
in industry and healthcare gases to Spain, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, Hungary,
France, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Business Segment Home Care, Business Segment
Electronics.

Description:

globally leading company in industry and healthcare gases a big SAP template program
was launched to create and roll out globally a single SAP template. The scope of the
initiation phase was to define and create the template before it was able to be deployed.

Description:

collect global sales data was required to be re launched. The scope was to incorporating
lessons learned (application architecture) from the existing solution and new user
requirements to improve the sustainability of the application.

same time the old server systems were decommissioned and migrated from AIX to the
external provider using LINUX.
