Mr. Krupezki is an experienced consultant in project management. He is characterized by sharp expertise and a pragmatic approach. In past projects, he has planned agile and hybrid-scaled approaches, coordinated the procedure with stakeholders, trained teams over several days, trained project managers, product owners and scrum masters, accompanied the start-up phases of the teams, temporarily took over positions and carried out retrospectives in cumbersome projects. This gives him broad know-how about the products and solutions from Polarion, Atlassian, Microsoft, Slack Technologies, Trello and Discord. He is also one of the few specialists for medical processes that can lead agile transformation and digitalisation in the medical environment.
